Ticket Price: $75 per person. Ticket includes dinner and one drink ticket

Meal choices: Sliced BBQ Steak, Southern Fried Chicken Breast, or Vegetarian Burger.  All meals accompanied by Mac n Cheese and Vegetables.  Salad will be served prior.

*Treat a teacher to a night off! Purchase a ticket for them in the market as well.

 

Quick answers to FAQ’s:

-The Gala is an adult only event.  Please make arrangements for childcare.

-A Gala is a fundraising event.  Items will be up for auction (for sale to the highest bidder).  It is a social event for our parent community, Lydiksen staff & administration.

-Silent Auction will occur prior to dinner, then live auction followed by dancing.  There will be a cash bar and the lobby bar open for guests. Each guest receives one ticket for a beverage of their choice.  The check out process will begin 30 minutes AFTER the live auction has ended. (Auction volunteers need time to add up purchases.

-Attire: The theme is “Denim & Diamonds” and allows our guests to keep the perfect balance between glitz and comfort. It is still a formal event. 🙂   Women, wear your most ostentatious jewels and some form of denim. (ex. semi-formal dress with denim jacket, denim skirt with a formal blouse, denim dress with heels, skirt with denim blouse).  Men, think date night and dress to impress! (ex. denim pants with collared shirt, slacks with collared shirt and denim jacket, khaki pants with a denim shirt) And of course show you can be glam as well with a watch, cuff links, belt, etc.  BE CREATIVE!

**** If you can not attend the Gala and will have a guest bid on items for you, please read the following: ****

  1. Please download the Credit Card Authorization Form and give to the attending guest.
  2. Add the item numbers/names that they will be bidding on.
  3. Email president@lydiksenpfc.org so that we have a written record of your request and can issue you a bidder number.
  4. Please read the Terms of Sale.

Your credit card will be charged for the items listed on your form should you be the highest bidder.
